Most stationery these days is designed as if already anticipating its inevitable end on the discount shelf at Barnes & Noble. Occasionally though, you see a collection that really embraces the paper it’s printed on with elegant textures, whimsical and tasteful designs and, in this case, gold-foil enhancements.
Franklin Mill’s “Woodland Series” was designed and illustrated by the company’s sole designer: Russ Gray. The series includes elegantly packaged cahier-style notebooks, notecards, pencils and magnets, as well as our favorite piece: a book containing sticky notes of various sizes! Just beautiful, Russ.
