Wedgewood Homes Brochure

38wedgewood

If you could compare a binding method that has no staples and no glue to a real estate transaction (which of course I’m going to do here) then the way this piece for Polygon Homes was constructed is all about location, location, location.

Honestly, how creative and cool is this! The cover has an anchor point that pulls through a slot along the spine of the inside pages (this holds all the pages together). Then that anchor point, which looks like a large tab along the center spread, acts as a “bonus room” for a pull out card nestled inside.

If the brochure is this unique, don’t you want to see how the homes were designed? I do!

Wedgewood Brochure was featured as a Paper Inspiration.
