For years and years Adobe was happy to crank out its world-renowned design software and collect our cash. This year, however, they seem to have passed around a little Dutch courage, pointed at the stars, and said “time to make a little history.”
At this week’s Max Conference, it led with the not-so-surprising news that Creative Suite is going Cloud-only…and then revealed that it’s entering the hardware game, too. Coming soon: the Project Mighty Stylus and the Napoleon ruler.
Use the stylus on your iPad or other tablet and you get amazing control over your design sketches, which are relayed direct to the Cloud. Add the Napoleon ruler for even more accurate sketches and plans. And because it’s all hooked up to the Cloud, you can instantly transfer sketches from one device to another, including smartphones.
