Vector Performance DI, one of xpedx’s private label printing papers, has achieved Green Seal certification.

Green Seal said the high-bright Vector Performance DI paper meets its coated printing paper standard, GS-10 certification. The standard requires the paper meet coating composition and heavy metal restrictions, as well as a minimum of 10 percent postconsumer waste (PCW) fiber.

Vector Performance DI contains 15 percent PCW, is acid free and manufactured with renewable energy, and is made for high-quality printing on digital color production equipment from manufacturers including Kodak, Xerox, HP, Canon and many others.

The paper features 94 brightness and offers superior toner adhesion and color reproduction. It is available in gloss and matte finishes and 80- and 100-lb. text and cover weights and is fully guaranteed by xpedx.

xpedx said it expects to add Green Seal certification to other papers in the Vector family of uncoated and coated papers.
