You Are Where You Live

Wood, glass, nails, steel and mortar are building materials that can be assembled to construct a dwelling only limited by our imagination and resources. How fitting then, that this brochure for a high-end construction company takes the essential elements of fine printing and design to build an exquisite marketing structure.

The combination of papers – Curious SKIN, Utopia U1XG Matte, Curious Metallics, Curious Translucent, and Gmund Ever – elevates the concept of living the dream. The varied textures, weights, opacities, and finishes come together to add depth, interest and a sense of solidity.

The concave and convex arcs of the roof at the company’s newly expanded headquarters, along with an iconic mobile located in its atrium, inspired the diecuts utilized throughout the piece. A screw post binding (a reflection of the architect’s design) adds a handcrafted touch, again reflecting the construction roots of this project.

From the rich, color-saturated spreads to the varnishes and elegant foils, the reader is treated to elegance, excitement and innovation at every turn of the page.
