The team at Design Is Yummy has used an impressive menu of visual, tactile and interactive ingredients to create the perfect holiday card (i.e. one that you can drink).
Starting with the vibrant, lustrous paper selected for the envelope, you get the impression this card is going to be fun. Just in case the hot pink, shimmering envelope didn’t get your attention, they emblazon it with a “caution, extremely delicious” spoof of the familiar “contents extremely hot” message. (Yep, this was a hint at the treat inside!)
Cup illustrations line the front cover of this 4-page card. Inside, clever copy provides the simple instructions for blending the enclosed packets of flavoring into your own custom holiday drink. You also get the chance to share your recipe by using a special hashtag.
What a delicious way to cook up a lasting impression that leaves you with a satisfying taste of yummy and Yummy. (BTW: they hand filled 800 packets of hot-chocolate powder to complete these holiday cards!)
